I’ve started getting more pine trees in the distance put in, and I’m pleased with how they’re coming along. Didn’t do as much as I would have liked today, but I did get the mountains and far hill lightened to push it awa a bit, as well as the first line of trees I did. I also got the hill color a little better set up, even though I’ll have to go over it again a little where the trees meet. That’s fine, though, being able to paint over things is what I like about acrylic paints.

Hoping tomorrow to get the rest of the background trees set, and then I can start the long journey on the grass. There are a lot of flowers and color changes there, and I need to make sure I get them right!

More work on the background trees, as well as some tweaks.
