Contemplation – Final

November 4th, 2009

I’d put this one aside for a bit after getting a few more parts in… it just wasn’t finished yet. It’s been hanging in my kitchen where I have to pass it every day so it stayed fresh in my head. Last night I decided to give it a harder look on my little easel.. and finally knew what the last piece was. I hope you enjoy it, I’ve quite enjoyed painting it.

Contemplation – Colors

March 22nd, 2009

A little more added to this, and I’m starting to see where it’s going. With this piece, I let out all my contemplations of where my art and mind is and where I want to go. It is a combination of my free-form self and my exacting self.

Adding colors and shapes.

Contemplation – Beginning

March 21st, 2009

I don’t do abstracts often, but every once in a while I get a wild hair for one. This is one of these times.

I’ve named this contemplation because that is exactly what I’ve been doing. More thoughts will come with it as the piece transforms.

It will also likely take a bit to complete, so be sure to check back on it.

The beginning.
